The core concept underlying the architectural proposal is the creation of a "pavilion in the green", a building capable of connecting with its surrounding environment and deriving the maximum possible benefit from it, both in terms of the quality of its interior spaces and its interactions with the exterior. The idea is to develop a residential complex where one can "live in nature," in direct contact with its colors and sounds throughout the changing seasons, while still being within a technologically advanced, innovative structure tailored to the specific needs of its residents. The overall design seeks to establish a direct and continuous interaction between indoor and outdoor spaces. A north-south axis running through the building, visually linking the southern garden to the hillside, serves as the "spinal column" of the new architecture. Along this axis, the most public areas of the building are organized, naturally extending into the surrounding landscape. A long, narrow garden courtyard is integrated along this axis, enhancing its significance and providing natural light to the innermost spaces; it occupies the heart of the building as a green insertion within the architecture. This open-air space features a central planted flowerbed, around which one can walk. Defined by a floor plan free of sharp corners, the garden courtyard shapes the main horizontal circulation of the building while also guiding the internal wandering experience, ensuring that every pathway remains visually connected to the greenery.
